Welcome to Smarter Nomad, operated by Vinh Ventures Incorporated. We are committed to providing you with exceptional digital products and services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund for our digital products, 1 Day Dropshipper, Ecom Nomad Starter, Ecom Nomad Pro, mentorships, and any other products or services offered by Smarter Nomad (Operated by Vinh Ventures Incorporated). Please note that due to the nature of our digital products and services that gives access to private information, we have a 30 Day Conditional Refund Policy for 1 Day Dropshipper, Ecom Nomad Starter, and Ecom Nomad Pro. We do not offer refunds on Instagram Money Secrets (IMS) or monthly fees, including mentorships.

1. Refund Eligibility:

Our refund policy is conditional and subject to the following conditions:

1.1. 30-Day Refund Window:

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

1.2. Honest Effort:

You must demonstrate an honest effort to follow the program diligently and provide evidence by completing our "Dropship Action Checklist" as outlined in our program materials. This includes but is not limited to:

-Completing all steps in the checklist as prescribed.

-Checking in with and getting approval from a mentor to move on when the checklist specifies such interactions.

-Adhering to the guidelines and instructions provided in our program materials.

1.3. No Sales Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

-You must not have generated any sales through your e-commerce activities after following every step in the action checklist.

-You must have spent a minimum of $100 USD on Facebook (Meta) ads per store launch as outlined in the program materials. OR you must have posted videos for 14 days consecutively on TikTok and Instagram according to the strategy shared in the program.

-You must have received approval from a mentor every time the checklist specifies such approval.

-Your dropshipping store must not have generated any sales during the refund eligibility period.

2. How to Request a Refund:

If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined above and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

2.1. Contact Customer Support:

Reach out to our customer support team via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." In your email, please provide the following information:

-Your full name and contact information.

-The reason for your refund request.

-A request to receive the Refund Request Form that you will fill out and submit.

2.2. Verification Process:

Our customer support team will send you a Refund Request Form. You need to complete and submit the form within 30 days of your purchase date. We will then review your request and the provided evidence. We may contact you for additional information or clarification.

2.3. Decision:

We will notify you of our decision regarding your refund request within 10 business days after all requested information regarding the Refund Request has been received, including any additional clarification we request.

3. Refund Processing:

3.1. Approved Refunds:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5 business days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be received by you. After the refund is processed, you will lose access to all refunded materials.

3.2. Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the digital product, excluding any applicable taxes or fees. Fees include any credit card processing fees incurred by Smarter Nomad in order to process the initial transaction.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Smarter Nomad reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all refund requests made after the effective date of the updated policy.

"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the product. As long as the company Smarter Nomad (Operated by Vinh Ventures Incorporated) and it's products (1 Day Dropshipper, Ecom Nomad Pro, Ecom Nomad Starter, and Instagram Money Secrets (IMS) are still operating, all enrolled students will have access to it. In the event that the company ceases operations, enrolled students will be notified by email 6 months to the closing date. All product materials will be available for download once the closing announcement is made.

If you have any incomplete or late payments towards the program, you will lose access to everything in the program with no refund from what you've already paid.
